Great North Airlines is seeking a Government Program Commercial Manager to lead our federal and provincial contract growth, with primary focus on DND and other federal departments.
This is a senior procurement role.
The Mandate
- Build and manage a disciplined pipeline of DND and federal opportunities
- Lead compliant RFP responses end to end
- Work directly with DND and other government contracting authorities
- Engage with the Defence Investment Agency and Public Services and Procurement Canada
- Expand provincial government programs across public safety and emergency operations
- Build partnerships that allow complete multi-modal bid responses
- Strengthen and expand our working relationship with Air Charter Service and other brokers
What We Are Looking For
We are not looking for general sales experience.
We are looking for someone who understands government procurement. Someone who has led federal RFP submissions. Someone with direct DND or federal department experience who knows how to position before the solicitation is issued.
If you have real public sector procurement experience and a record of winning government contracts, we want to speak with you.
